9 in 10 Seniors Satisfied with their Medicare Supplement

Looking to sell a product that is simple, reliable and offers your customers good value for their money? Well, according to a new survey from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), that’s exactly how seniors feel about their Medicare Supplement insurance.

In fact, the survey, which was released earlier this month, found that 88 percent of Medicare Supplement policyholders are satisfied with their coverage and 62 percent say they are very satisfied. The survey also found that 77 percent of policyholders feel that Medicare Supplement provides excellent or good value for their money, and 87 percent would recommend Medicare Supplement to a friend or relative.

These numbers are a testament to the simplicity and reliability of a product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Even in today’s environment of skyrocketing health care costs, when many working Americans are left with inadequate coverage, Medicare Supplement continues to satisfy.
